Professor Yinka Omorogbe
Prof Yinka Omorogbe SAN (Senior Advocate of Nigeria) is an energy specialist whose international publications date as far back as 1985. She is a former Attorney-General, Edo state, Nigeria; former Secretary to the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation and Legal Adviser; the first female Professor and First Dean of the Faculty of Law, University of Ibadan. She is active in legal and policy circles in the energy sector, and was on the two Oil and Gas Sector Implementation Committees (OGIC) established for the reform of the Nigerian petroleum sector.
She founded Etinpower Limited a mini grid developer.
ETINPOWER- Energises communities to harness the power and potential of clean energy to create better lives with more productive outcomes and sustainable livelihoods especially in the area of Agriculture and Food Production
Dr. Maimoona Salim
Maimoona is a social entrepreneur, mentor, and philanthropist with experience in operations management, fundraising, and strategic business development. She has a demonstrated history of working in non-profit organizations and the private sector. She has an MBA and a doctoral degree in Business and Enterprise Management.
Dr. Maimoona is currently Vice President of Casey Foundation Africa and an active board member of 4 Non Profit Organisations (NPO) Boards, she volunteers her services to various NPOs focused on human rights, sustainable economic development, empowerment, and skills development.
Professor Sam Oluwalana
Prof. Samuel Adeniran Oluwalana is a renowned Forest Resources and Medical Plant Expert.
“Baba Oluwalana” as he is fondly called by his teeming admirers within and outside the University community is a Professor of Forest Resources Management, Department of Forestry and Wildlife Management, College of Environmental Resources Management (COLERM), FUNAAB.
Prof. Oluwalana joined the University in 1983 and retired honourably after serving the institution and his country meritoriously for forty (40) years.
The erudite scholar whose mastery of forest resources as potent and proven cure for various ailments and diseases is a legend in his field. He is considered generous to a fault in the dispensation of nature and herbal remedies free of charge to many within and outside the University community who seek his expertise.
Mr. Kayode Tijani
Mr. Tijani is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an Associate Member of both the Chartered Institute of Taxation and the Nigerian Institute of Stockbrokers with over two decades of hands-on experience in Accounting, Auditing, Financial Advisory Consulting, Capital Market Operations and Lecturing on Financial Reporting and Corporate Finance.
He is currently the Managing Partner of Kayode Tijani & Co., a firm of Chartered Account`ants and Investment Consultants. With specialty in financial advisory consulting support services for Small and Medium Scale Enterprises, in the area of financial planning, raising capital locally and internationally, business process re-engineering, corporatization and capital restructuring.
He was formerly the Financial Director of D N Meyer Plc., a paint manufacturing company.`
Mr. Osarome Giwa-Osagie
Mr. Giwa-Osagie is a well-respected logistics and transport expert with a string of successful businesses in Oil & Gas supplies, Commodity trading & International Merchandise trade.
Formally educated in the United Kingdom, he is currently the founder and Executive Chair of Platinum Logistics LLC headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia USA. Platinum has established itself as a pre-eminent logistics resource partner to Oil & Gas companies providing nationwide distribution services to the sector as well as VIP transportation requirements.
He continues to provide mentorship to young wards that come from disadvantaged backgrounds in Edo State.

Michael Kadiri
Managing Director
Michael Kadiri is the founder of AIP BOESS Group, a diversified agriculture and food production company that serves as the parent company of AVAS Consulting.
With over three decades of experience in sales, marketing, and branding, Michael previously held the position of Brand Director for Europe's leading NSAID brand at Swiss pharmaceutical giant Ciba-Geigy. In 2000, he transitioned from the pharmaceutical industry to take on director-level roles at Med-Design and MITC Limited, both international medical merchandise trading companies based in the United Kingdom.
An accomplished economist, Michael is educated to postgraduate degree level from the University of Leicester and University College of Wales, Aberystwyth.
Titilola Ijimakinwa
Managing Partner
Titi was invited to serve as an Executive Director of AIP BOESS in February 2016. And is a founder Director and Managing Partner of AVAS Consulting.
She is currently responsible for the integration and positioning of AIP BOESS as a key player within the socio-agro economic landscape in Nigeria. Titi is also a leader at our Consulting practice where she creates platforms to support our vision to write ‘a new African story on Agriculture’.
Titi has developed her skills as an ideas generator and business liaison executive in corporate business marketing, merchandising and human resource training.
She is a post-graduate level degree holder from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and also a keen scholar and teacher of God’s word.
Philomena Ohuoba
Head, Legal, Compliance, Public & Regulatory Affairs
Mrs. Ohuoba is tasked with identifying and preparing the group to meet internal and external operational and legal standards and compliance. Working with external legal counsel, she is also responsible for making sure that the group is legally guarded.
Philomena was called to the Nigerian Bar In December 1983. She started her working career soon after with the law firm Okey Owhonda & Co. based in Port Harcourt. She has successfully undertaken several assignments in the private and public sectors including stints at Computech (One of Nigeria’s first ICT companies) and more recently at AMCON as an AMP.
Philomena has continued to educate herself, taking courses locally and internationally and recently completed a Compliance and Money laundering course in Canada.
Peter Johnson
Business Manager Abuja
Responsible for developing our business with Institutions, Government agencies and Agrientreprenuers in the Federal Capital.
Peace Dionne Ekemini
Head of Communications & Marketing/Customer Services Executive
Designing and producing our marketing initiatives – all communication with the media, customers and stakeholders. Peace is also responsible for managing all customer needs including liaison with the Embassies, Airline agencies, hotel bookings etc.
