These Terms and Conditions establish a clear understanding between participants and organizers, ensuring a positive experience for everyone involved in the *AGRI VALUE CHAIN EXPLORATORY TOUR TO VALENCIA, SPAIN* (the "Tour").

1. General Information

• These Terms and Conditions govern the booking and participation in the AGRI. VALUE CHAIN EXPLORATORY TOUR TO VALENCIA, SPAIN ("the Tour"). By booking for the Tour, participants ("the Participant") agree to comply with these terms.

2. Registration and Payment

• Participants must complete the booking form and submit payment of at least $500 to secure their spot on the Tour.
• An invoice will be emailed to upon receipt of your booking
• A minimum payment of 50% of the invoice is due by AUGUST 15th 2025, with the full amount payable by September 8th, 2025, to guarantee your participation.
• An early bird discount of $200 is available for those who book and pay in full by July 31, 2025, subject to availability.
• Payments are accepted exclusively by bank transfers.

3. Confirmation of Booking

• After successful registration and payment, participants will receive a confirmation email with details of the Tour, including itinerary, accommodation, and other relevant information.
• It is the your responsibility to ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate.
• Please note that only 20 spaces are available

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing to: office@avasconsulting.net
• The following cancellation fees will apply:
• Cancellations before 15th of August 2025: Full refund minus a processing fee of $25.
• Cancellations before 8th of September 2025; 50% refund minus a processing fee of $25
• Cancellations after 8th of September 2025: No refund.
• We reserve the right to cancel the Tour for any reason, in which case participants will receive a full refund.

5. Changes to Itinerary

• We reserve the right to modify the itinerary, including tour sites, activities, and schedule, as necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.

6. Participant Responsibilities

• Participants must possess a valid passport/travel documents and Schengen visa
• On request, we will assist with your visa application, but the final decision rests with the Spanish consulate/embassy. We charge $200 for this service and this fee is non refundable even in the event that your visa application is unsuccessful.
• If you do not possess a visa and cannot travel, the cancellation policies outlined herein will apply.
• Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner during the Tour. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in removal from the Tour without a refund.
• Participants are responsible for any additional travel arrangements before or after the Tour.

7. Health and Safety

• Please inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities, or dietary restrictions that may affect your participation.
• Participants are responsible for obtaining necessary vaccinations or health precautions before traveling.

8. Insurance

• It is strongly recommended that participants obtain travel insurance to cover potential risks, including but not limited to trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost belongings.

9. Liability

• AVAS Consulting and any of our partners are not liable for any loss, injury, or damages incurred during the Tour, including but not limited to accidents, theft, or illness. Participants assume all risks associated with their participation in the Tour.

10. Photography and Media Release

• Participants consent to the use of their images and testimonials in promotional materials and social media by the AVAS Consulting. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us in writing prior to the Tour.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Nigeria.

12. Acceptance of Terms

• By registering for the Tour, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
