These Terms and Conditions ensure clarity and understanding between participants and organisers, fostering a positive experience for everyone involved in the UNITED STATES AGRICULTURE EXPLORATION TOUR.

1. General Information

• These Terms and Conditions govern the booking and participation in the UNITED STATES AGRICULTURE EXPLORATION TOUR ("the Tour"). By booking for the Tour, participants ("the Participant") agree to comply with these terms.

2. Registration and Payment

• Participants must complete the booking form and submit payment of at least $500 to secure their spot on the Tour.
• You will be emailed an invoice on receipt of your booking
• You must pay at least half of your invoice amount by the 15th of August 2025 and Payment must be made in full by the 1st of September to guarantee participation. Early bird discounts may apply if booking and payment in full occurs before 31st of July. You will enjoy $250.00 discount. Subject to availability
• Accepted payment method is strictly by bank transfers.

3. Confirmation of Booking

• Upon/successful registration and payment, participants will receive a confirmation email with details of the Tour, including itinerary, accommodation, and other relevant information.
• It is the Participant’s responsibility to ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate. Only 20 spaces are available

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to: office@avasconsulting.net
• The following cancellation fees will apply:
• Cancellations received before 15th of August 2025: Full refund minus a processing fee of $50.
• Cancellations received before 1st of September; 50% refund.
• Cancellations received after 12th September 2025: No refund.
• We reserve the right to cancel the Tour for any reason, in which case participants will receive a full refund.

5. Changes to Itinerary

• We reserve the right to modify the itinerary, including tour sites, activities, and schedule, as necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.

6. Participant Responsibilities

• Participants must possess a valid passport/travel documents and United States visa
  • We are able to help you complete your visa application alongside a letter of invitation from our US partners, however, the decision to grant a visa is sorely that of the US consul/embassy.
  • If you are not granted a visa and cannot travel, the cancellation rules as described in these terms apply.
• Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner during the Tour. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in removal from the Tour without a refund.
• Participants are responsible for any additional travel before or after the Tour.

7. Health and Safety

• Participants must inform the us of any medical conditions, disabilities or dietary restrictions that may affect their participation in the Tour.
• Participants are responsible for obtaining any necessary vaccinations or health precautions before traveling.

8. Insurance

• It is strongly recommended that participants obtain travel insurance to cover potential risks, including but not limited to trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost belongings.

9. Liability

• AVAS Consulting and any of our partners are not liable for any loss, injury, or damages incurred during the Tour, including but not limited to accidents, theft, or illness. Participants assume all risks associated with their participation in the Tour.

10. Photography and Media Release

• Participants consent to the use of their images and testimonials in promotional materials and social media by the AVAS Consulting. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us in writing prior to the Tour.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Nigeria.

12. Acceptance of Terms

• By registering for the Tour, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
